Kitchener LOCO presents the Fighting Frauleins vs. Stratford LOCO’s Harvest Mooners in a derby face-off on September 29, 2012 at the New Hamburg Arena (251 St. Jacob St., New Hamburg, Ontario). Kitchener LOCO Roller Derby is excited to be teaming up with The 5 Dollar Project for the BBQ following our skate. A portion of the proceeds from the BBQ will be donated to this smile-enducing organisation. We will be handing out some freebies, too! Don’t miss out on a fun skate, good food, and smiles!

This Saturday, July 28th, at Medway Arena, you can catch a DOUBLE-HEADER with proceeds going to PFLAG. For just $15 at the door ($12 advance) you can watch LOCO London vs. LOCO Stratford and London’s own Violet Femmes vs. Guelph’s Royal City Rollergirls. Don’t miss the down and dirty action and the chance to support the LGBT community. Doors open at 6 pm, and wheels roll at 6:30.

Oh, and make sure to get a ticket to the Pride Ball, because that’s where our derby girls will be partying after they’re done knocking each other’s socks off.

The women of LOCO Roller Derby are coming together once again to Face-Off in New Hamburg. See Kitchener, London, Brantford and Stratford go head to head at on August 13, 2012 at the New Hamburg Arena. It’s only $5 for LOCO skaters to take part, and $5 for spectators by suggested donation. Come out and support LOCO Roller Derby!

Stratford LOCO does it again, this time with the Untaming of the Shrews coming up this Saturday, July 7th at the RBC Arena in Stratford, Ontario. For only $5 at the door, you can watch the BianCHAOS face off against the SMASHerinas. It’s going to be a blast, as usual, from one of Ontario’s most dynamic LOCO groups, Stratford LOCO! Presented by the Festival City Rollergirls!

The Battle of Highway 7/8 was the first roller derby game in the history of Stratford, Ontario! LOCO Roller Derby made it happen. Congrats to our incredible Stratford Chapter, and all the ladies of the Festival City Rollergirls!

LOCO Brantford is hosting a charity bout for the Sexual Assault Centre of Brant to let people know about Sexual Assault Awareness Month (May). The event will take place on Sunday, May 27 from 6 – 10 pm at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door, for which price you will get to see an awesome double-header! The first game is a low-contact match between the Badass Banditas and the Sassy Senoritas. The second game brings you London’s Violet Femmes vs. Peterborough Roller Derby in a full-contact blow out.
